How to get your CSV file
Below is how to get your CSV file from the exchange Crypto.com. The guide explains how to get your CSV from the exchange and also from the application. These CSV’s are then uploaded to our crypto tax calculator application.
On the Crypto.com website
- Log in to Crypto.com
- In the top right corner, click wallets
- Click spot wallet
- On the left hand menu, click transaction history
- In the right corner, click export history
- Enter a date range (preferably the date range you need for your crypto tax) Check the select all box
- Click export to CSV
- Wait for the file to generate and then click download. This may take a couple of minutes
- Now go to order history which is on the left hand menu
- Click export history
- Enter a date range (again, preferably the date range for your crypto tax)
- Check the select all box
- Click export to CSV
- Wait for the file to generate and then select download. This may take a couple of minutes
You now have both files needed to upload to our crypto tax calculator
In the Crypto.com Application
- Open your Crypto.com application
- Click accounts at the bottom of your screen
- Click on transaction history in the top right corner
- Click the export icon in the top right corner
- Click on crypto wallet
- Choose a start and end date (maximum of 3 years). Please note, you may need to export multiple CSV files
- Click on export to CSV
- Click download once your file is generated
You now have the file you need to upload to our crypto tax calculator application
